Today’s episode is a tender one.

I’m speaking with an incredible lady who has only recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

But this isn’t a conversation about endings in the way you might expect. It’s about walks in the woods, family dinners, ordinary days and the quiet beauty of simple things.

When life becomes undeniably finite, something shifts. The small things don’t feel small anymore.

These moments carry a different depth. A different kind of meaning.

In this conversation, former nurse, political and mum of 6, Michelle Ballantyne, shares what it means to live fully while knowing time is precious. Not through grand gestures or dramatic declarations, but through presence. Through choosing to keep stepping outside, to keep loving, to keep living. It’s honest. It’s heartfelt.

I’m so glad you’re here to listen. I think this one will stay with you for a long time to come.

Thank you so much Michelle - a true example of servant leadership and hope.
